Savannah Homes, L.P., is a Texas Partnership with projects currently in Plano, Dallas, McKinney, Flower Mound, Denton, and Frisco.  Savannah Homes builds throughout the entire Dallas Metroplex area.  Over the past eight years, Steve King and Dave Williams, its partners, have built several hundred homes together.  Savannah Homes concentrates on high end, lifestyle communities and presently offers homes from the $250’s to over $2,000,000.  Savannah Homes is your choice for quality home construction in North Dallas.  Its partners have over 45 years combined experience and take price in offering unsurpassed workmanship, style, and features demanded by today's homeowners.  After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Technology from L.S.U., Steve, a Fort Worth native, began building in 1979.  During his career, Steve has been responsible for the design, Sales, Marketing, and Construction for over 3000 new homes while managing divisions for two national builders.  In 1978, Dave began his homebuilding career in Houston.  Growing up on the construction side of the business, Dave has specialized experience in Structures, Engineering, Soils Analysis and Foundation Design.  He gained most of this experience while working for a national builder for over fifteen years.
